📦 1. شروط الإرجاع
✅ يمكنك إرجاع المنتج خلال 7 أيام من استلامه.
✅ يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، بحالة ممتازة، وفي عبوته الأصلية.
✅ الفاتورة أو إيصال الشراء إلزامي لأي عملية إرجاع.
✅ بعض المنتجات غير قابلة للإرجاع، ومنها:
المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة
المنتجات الرقمية أو القابلة للتحميل
المنتجات المخصصة
💰 2. سياسة الاسترداد
✅ بمجرد التحقق من الإرجاع، سيتم استرداد المبلغ خلال 7 إلى 14 يومًا بنفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة.
✅ تكاليف الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد، إلا في حالة وجود عيب في المنتج أو خطأ في الطلب.
✅ إذا تم الدفع نقدًا عند الاستلام، فسيتم استرداد المبلغ عبر تحويل بنكي أو رصيد متجر.
🚚 3. تكاليف الإرجاع
✅ يتحمل العميل تكاليف إعادة الشحن، إلا في حالة عيب في المنتج أو خطأ في الطلب.
✅ في حالة التبديل، يتحمل العميل تكاليف إعادة الشحن أيضًا.
⚖ 4. الضمان والمطالبات
✅ بعض المنتجات تشمل ضمان المصنع وفقًا للوائح الجزائرية.
✅ يجب تقديم أي مطالبة عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف في غضون 48 ساعة من استلام المنتج.
